KTE/SE Double-stage Compounding & Extrusion Line
The Kerke adopts the latest technology for double-stage compounding and extrusion line, the first stage is twin screw extruder without die head and the second stage is large size single screw extruder. Twin screw extruder is for shearing, dispersing and compounding, no counter pressure because there is no die head which can avoid temperature leak and ensure high output. Single screw extruder is for cooling and creating pressure for extruding and cutting.
